Delicious organic lactose-free Fontal cheese produced by the Soster family, whose processing plant nestles in the green hills of Vicenza, near Monteviale. This is the 4th generation offering dairy products as the family has been making cheese since the 40’s and have over 60 years of experience in this field.
The new premises is where the milk is turned into butter and matured into cheese and packaged. It may be considered a fine combination of family tradition and ultra-modern, technologically avant-garde cheese processing.
