Returns & Refunds

We deliver the best quality products to our valued customers. Please check your order upon delivery. If you’re not completely happy with your fresh or perishable products, let us know within 24hours from your delivery date and we’ll give you a replacement. However, all items sold are not refundable. If there is any damaged or incorrect grocery product(s) (including delivery of additional product(s) not ordered by you), please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery date at [email protected] or call us at +65 6779 7839.  Zenxin at its sole discretion, will offer a replacement incorrect product(s), or arrange for the re-delivery, collection and/or return of the incorrect product(s).

The following conditions apply:

All goods returned must be in its complete and original packing conditions. Items which are removed from its original packing, used, soiled or washed are not entitled for the refund/return.

Customers are to undertake the full responsibility for returning the goods to Zenxin. All freight charges are to be borne by the customers. Zenxin shall not be liable for any damages or lost of items during the return shipment back to Zenxin.

All delivery charges and other handling fees are not refundable.

For Fresh Produce

  1. Snap a picture of the defected produce.
  2. Send it with a brief description on the problem to [email protected].
  3. Complete the above procedures within 24 hours of the delivery* to be eligible for 100% replacement.
  4. In certain case, we may pick-up the defected produce or we may need you to send it back to us via courier. Please pack the defected produce in clean packaging and chill it until the case is resolved.

We are sorry that complaint made after 24 hours will not be entertained as the defect could be caused by the wrong way of storage, exposure to high temperature, handling issue etc. Please check the goods upon receiving and revert to us immediately if you are concerned about the quality. Thanks!

For Dry Items

  1. Snap a picture of the defected produce.
  2. Send it with a brief description on the problem to [email protected].
  3. Complete the above procedures within 72 hours of the delivery* to be eligible for 100% replacement.
  4. In certain case, we may pick-up the defected produce or we may need you to send it back to us via courier. Please pack the defected produce in clean packaging and chill it until the case is resolved.

If you have discovered quality defects of our products later than the grace period stated above, we reserve the rights not to replace or refund , on case-by-case basis.
