It has a clear bright amber colour and a very smooth feel, leaving a pleasantly mild sweet aroma in your tongue. This lighter variation is ideal for adding into foods that already have great flavour. It is a more desirable choice when preparing vegetarian dishes compared to some other heavier oils.
